Young Adult Ticket: Valid for persons aged 14 to17 years on the date of the event. 14 to 17 year olds may attend Carnival unaccompanied. Anyone under 16 must have emergency contact details available. Event staff may contact parents if safeguarding concerns arise. Proof of age may be requested at any point during the event.
